Rzeszowski Districtwillmakepayment in the amount of 17 mln PLN, thanks to which PGE Dystrybucja S.A. willbuild GPZ aboutpowersupplyat the level of 16 MV. Eachinvestorwill be provided with electricity by PGE, hencetherewill be no need for inwestor to buildinstallations from the mainpowersupply point

Development of investment areas for the construction of Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park • Beneficjary: RzeszowskiDistrict Anex with PAED on extending the project: • The anex with the PolishAgancy for Enterprise Development on extending the projectabout the secondstage was signed on 4 February2014. • Taskcovered by the anex: • Territorial development of additional 24,9 ha located in the Town and Commune of Głogów Małopolski • Innovativefotovoltaic farm with anarea of 2 ha about the powerenergy of 1 MWh per a month • regulations of the ditch No 5 which drains the rain water from the area of the Park to the Black River

Development of investment areas for the construction • of Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park • Beneficjary: Rzeszowski District PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE 2014 - 2015 • July2014 - complition of the territorial development - 59,2 ha • III quarter of 2014 - start the process of introducing investors to the area of ​​the Park (PNT) 59,2 ha • I quarter of 2015 – beginning of the territorial development of additional PNT area - 24,9 ha • III quarter of 2015 - complition of the territorial development 24,9 ha • IV quarter of 2015 - start the process of introducing investors to the area of 24,9 ha • September 2015 - completion of the project implementation

  15. On 4 February 2014 Rzeszowski District made an aplication to theAgency for Industrial Development to have the area of the Park included into operations of SSE EURO PARK MIELEC

Development of investment areas for the construction • of Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park • Beneficjary: Rzeszowski District Resultindicator of the project • COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT OF 84,1HA OF LAND • WINNING OVER 21 INVESTORS TO 2020 • CURRENTLY, RZESZOWSKI DISTRICT IS IN TALKS WITH 6 POTENTIAL INVESTORS WHO ARE PLANNING TO EMPLOY AROUND 1,000 PEOPLE RIGHT AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION OFFACTORIES.

Development of investment areas for the construction • of Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park • Beneficjary: Rzeszowski District PARK LOCATION The area of Park is adjacent to the railway line E30 Rzeszow-Krakow and ultimately will be connected with E40, S9 and S19. giving PNT a good location to major communication routes
