  2. Datos clínicos • Paciente femenino con ligera ictericia y anemia desde el nacimiento. Se realizaron estudios con los siguientes resultados: • BH: • Leucocitos: 7.5 x 103 / μL • Eritrocitos: 5.3 x 106 / μL • Hemoglobina: 12.1 g / dL • Hematocrito: 35.5 % • VGM: 67.6 fL • HGM: 22 pg • CMHG: 33.2 g / dL • RDW: 14.9 % • Plaquetas: 250 x 103 / μL • Cinética de hierro y electroforesis de hemoglobina son normales.

  4. Sangre periférica - azul de cresilo brillante (1 hr.)
