12. Changes ahead • The Ministry of Social Development will provide leadership and co-ordination • National Family Services Unit, four regional offices, national advisory body

13. A more preventative approach • Management Groups will continue to co-ordinate family support services • You will also provide an ideal platform for the strategy’s broader, more preventative approach

14. Reaching more families • Some vulnerable families are missing out • Too many are not accessing services • Family Service work stream will address these issues
