Current Opportunities: Commissioning of Federal Energy Savings Performance Contracts (w/ Doug Dahle) A presentation of the proposed guidelines and standard practices being developed for commissioning of Energy Service Company provided, private-financed energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation retrofits at federal facilities, procured through Department of Energy ESPCs and usable by all federal agencies. The objective of the meeting is to get input from commissioning provider firms and others on proposed guidelines and practices and communicate the potential business opportunity for federal agencies electing to utilize Commissioning Authority services for ESPC projects.

  13. Current FEMP M&V Training • Half-Day course developed for Delivery-Order Workshop. • Debut was 26 Feb in San Francisco. • Twelve attendees from different agencies plus observers. • Feedback rather positive. • Interest in longer courses with more detail.
