Thinking of choosing to stay in one of our 1 Bedroom Seminyak Pool Villas? Here is what you can expect: 1. My Villas in Bali is uniquely positioned in the most sought after area of Seminyak. It is just a short walk to the beach and right on the doorstep of 5 star restaurants, day spas & boutique shopping. 2. Our Butlers: Our butlers are help to help in anyway possible, they will be your first point of contact should you need any assistance. You will be assigned one main butler throughout your stay. Each day at breakfast, your butler will inform you of what time they will be working too, so that they can arrange any reservations, clean you villa and be of any assistance throughout their rostered shift. Once they have gone home for the day, you will still be able to contact our help desk or reception for any extra assistance. 3. Breakfast: As part of your stay your butler will come and prepare breakfast for you in your villa., between the hours of 7:30-11:30am. This is fantastic time to plan with your butler your schedule for the day, and best time for them to clean your villa. Each day a breakfast order form will be left in your villa, along with a time request. Each morning we will endevour to serve breakfast at your preferred time, however we may have to alter your preference by 30 minutes dependant on availability and our staff schedule. If you have a day trip planned and will be leaving before 7:30am please let your butler know the day before so that they can organise a breakfast basket for you. 4. Check-Out: Official Check-out time is 12:00pm on the day of your departure, where possible we try an accommodate any request for a late check-out.
