  9. Course Description Introduction to scientific inquiry with special emphasis on the structure and function of cells, tissues, organs, and systems of the human body. Topics relate to fitness, nutrition, health, inheritance, evolution, and ecology.

  10. Requirements Satisfied this Course This class may be used to satisfy AA and Bachelor’s degree general core requirements for a biological science class at different campuses within the UH system.
