Takeover bids (1) Hreinn Hrafnkelsson, Counsellor, Mission of Iceland to the EU Directive 2004/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 on takeover bids: • Incorporated into Act on Securities Transactions, no. 108/2007 (amended by Act no. 22/2009): Chapter X.
