Pelamar-pelamar pekerjaan pada perusahaan X terdiri dari: 20% laki-laki berpengalaman kerja, 10% wanita berpengalaman kerja, 30% laki-laki tidak berpengalaman kerja, dan 40% wanita tidak berpengalaman kerja. Bila direktur perusahaan tsb memilih seorang pelamar secara acak untuk diangkat menjadi karyawan, berapa probabilitas bahwa pilihannya adalah pelamar berpengalaman kerja

Berapa probabilitas bahwa keduanya tidak hidup dalam 20 tahun lagi? jwb: Misal A : kejadian Amir masih hidup 20 th lagi B : kejadian Badu masih hidup 20 th lagi A’ = 1-0,7 = 0,3 ; B’ = 1-0,9 = 0,1 P(A’ПB’) = P(A’) x P(B’) = 0,3 x 0,1 = 0,03
