Logistics Competency Harbour Logisticsis in charge of the domestic Transportation, Forwarding, hub operations, invoicing and collection, and inventory management reinforced by regular alignment meetings and performance reviews. • Domestic Transportation, Forwarding, including the distribution of general cargoes from the client’s main hub to all sub-depositories nationwide • Hub operations, including the distribution from the sub-depots to all dealers nationwide via Air, Land or Sea. • Reverse logistics, the management of damaged and returned goods between our clients and their customers & Suppliers. • Inventory reporting that is done daily with actual physical counting done quarterly. • Ensuring KPI's are met by conducting weekly meetings together with haulers, operations and security, and making sure that preventive and corrective measures are strictly implemented.
