  1. 教師研習紀錄表 Office：2003版本2007以上版本 操作示範檔 請選擇一個版本

  2. Office 2003版本 開啟檔案後，請選擇學年度。

  3. Office 2003版本 點選G欄姓名旁的倒

  4. Office 2003版本 找到老師姓名，直接點選。

  5. Office 2003版本 老師的紀錄全部列出之後，請點選預覽列印。

  6. Office 2003版本 確認資料無誤後，請按列印鍵。

  7. Office 2003版本 列印後，請將紙本資料送至諮輔組蓋章，即完成此項作業！(宿舍謙遜樓1F右側走廊走到底。) 回到第一頁按ESC鍵結束

  8. Office 2007以上版本 開啟檔案後，請選擇學年度。

  9. Office 2007以上版本 點選G欄姓名旁的倒

  10. Office 2007以上版本 將(全選)左邊的勾刪除

  11. Office 2007以上版本 找到老師姓名，將左邊的框打勾，再按下確定

  12. Office 2007以上版本 老師的紀錄全部列出之後，請點選預覽列印。

  13. Office 2007以上版本 確認資料無誤後，請按列印鍵。

  14. Office 2007以上版本 列印後，請將紙本資料送至諮輔組蓋章，即完成此項作業！(宿舍謙遜樓1F右側走廊走到底。) 回到第一頁按ESC鍵結束
