  2. Agenda • Officer Reports • President-Beau Kessler • Vice President-Carrie Alderman • Secretary-Caroline Griggs • Treasurer-Tom DiPiro • Historian-Billy Grooms • New business/announcements • Next Chapter Meeting: February 7, 2012

  3. Nominations for Awards • Wayne Weart & Bobby Bradham • Will need to get CV’s, letters of support, and application turned in by deadline • Need to assign people to be in charge of submitting everything

  4. Leadership Challenge • Creating a new summit • Class was not fitting description of challenge • Should have new summit finalized soon

  5. Events • Leadership Summit • Will hold for COP only (never got response from office of academic affairs) • Working on establishing date and program • Leadership Conference • Deadline has PASSED!! (and you better have signed up!!) • Will need to evaluate for next year (new exec board) • Clarion Planning • Waiting to hear back from Brianna for update • FAMU Leadership Conference • No registration fee to attend • Budget for group to attend? (promote to new inductees)

  6. ASHP/PLS Annual Meeting • Working with ASP to coordinate rooms, etc. • Tonya from ASP has given me list of people planning on attending • Voting on delegate

  7. Chapter Member of the Year • See Dr. Worrall’s email • Please review CV’s and vote by surveymonkey link by Tuesday 1/17/12 at 12pm

  8. Initiation • Thursday 2/2/12 6pm at Trident facility • Mike Heath is guest speaker • Topic ideas for speaker??
