StandardizationIn English Language Teaching, as in many other disciplines, the notion of standardization is similar to finding a solution to a particular problem, for example, a coordination issue or a situation in which all stakeholders can achieve mutual gains, but only if all stakeholders are able and willing to make mutually consistent decisions.

  4. Teacher AutonomyUnlike standardization, where mutually consistent decisions are required, teacher autonomy demands individual decisions affecting one’s own teaching. However, these decisions should be in line with the general institutionalized objectives and principles.

  5. STANDUCKTIZATION
