  3. Customize the Ribbon Bar • Right mouse click on the Ribbon Bar • File > Option > Customize Ribbon

  4. Create a Template • Save Project file • Choose “Project Template (*.mpt)”

  5. Create a Template (cont.) • Remember to clear old data • For enterprise templates

  6. Using Templates • File > New

  7. Create a file from a SharePoint List • File > New • Copy URL of list • You will need to have admin rights to site

  8. Portfolio Management
