  4. The StdMfg Business Advisor provides members the ability to review key performance indicators for individual Mfgs as well as grouped Mfgson the same dashboard.

  5. This is the combined view of the Std. Mfg. Business Advisor. This reports data as a combined total for all selected Std. Mfgs.

  6. Business Advisor Screen Shot The Business Advisor Dashboard provides a general overview of the WD’s business. All key performance indicators are located in the bottom left of the graphic.

  9. Sales Analysis Driven By Mfg./Drilling to the Details To drill down to more detail, click the right mouse button on one of the underlined items. From here you can drill down to any of the provided choices…or click on ‘More options’ to choose some additional options.

Flexible Riser Faller • Choose the Attribute you want use for the Rise/Fall Analysis • Select both the Recent and Historic Periods of Time to determine results • Filter Results by provided Attributes • Specify the Rise and Fall thresholds to narrow your results • Choose Min/Max Net Sales values to limit your results to recurring purchasers

  16. Create this report to identify customers with declining sales period over period…have your sales team work to re-gain their business or to identify the reason. Identify rising accounts. Have your sales team reach out, thank them and ensure they loyal.

  17. Add the attribute ‘Salesperson ID’ to the PageBy section to provide an easy way to sort account by the associated Salesperson ID. Export the report as a PDF and expand all PageBy fields to produce print quality reports by SalespersonID.

  22. How do I Tag Customers? Click here to get a list of customers to tag. With this report, you will be prompted to use filters if you wish. Click here to download your tagging template. You will paste your customer list to this template and add your marketing program tags.

  23. Click on Upload Completed File once you’ve verified your FTP Credentials and completed your Marketing Program Tagging on the Marketing Tab. Verify and update your FTP Credentials before submitting your files.

  27. Where Can I Find It?

  28. Click here to run a pending report for customers. This will result in a list of customers that have not yet been tagged. Click here to download the tagging template you will use to tag both your National Accounts and regular customers.

  29. Customer Tagging: National Accounts Take the pending customer report and paste it here…on the second tab of the customer tagging template.

  30. These standard names, subtypes and market segments provides a centralized way to report out on segments of the industry. National Account ID and Store ID’s go in these fields. When these fields are completed, NetIntell picks up the billing files and automatically submits them to the Central Billing System/Portal. Once tagged, these tags become additional attributes you can use to build reports

  31. Once you’ve completed tagging and have validated your FTP information, click on Upload Completed File to upload your customer tagging file.

  33. The Modeling Mode: Vehicle Market Basket is designed to assist distributors ensure they have the parts available to sell the job. This mode allows for multiple manufacturers and multiple part types.

  35. The Coverage section allow you to choose your coverage goals, the weights on the Market Intelligence Inputs, Overrides, etc. This effects the results as a whole, not by brand or by part type. The Vehicle Market Basket Details section provides you the opportunity to alter the results by setting both the Driving Part Type and the inclusive percentage of the other part types with the Driving Part Type is purchased.

  36. For each selected manufacturer, you can narrow the focus for each category. If you do not want the model to take Reman-Steel into consideration, you can uncheck the appropriate box and select the ‘Apply’ button immediately to the left. Once you have made your way through each section, click on the ‘Apply’ button on the bottom of the screen.

  38. The green highlight indicates that the application fit within the parameters within the Criteria Section…Vehicle Market Basket Detail . To expand each application, you must first choose the Part Descriptions you would like to display in the results.

  39. Use these to filter down the list of vehicles from the complete list. Be sure to select from the available list that will become visible once you start typing.

  40. Selected part descriptions displayed here Part number that are highlighted are stocking part numbers. Bolded part numbers are recommended by the Vehicle Market Basket model. Non-Bolded number are additional part numbers available in the brand you modeled.
