  3. CIDCO Lottery Registration • PMAY-approved and RERA-registered affordable flats are available at Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The selection of winners will be done based on a transparent CIDCO lottery 2022 system. The registration date has been extended to 24th March 2022. The CIDCO lucky draw will be conducted on 8th April. EWS category is those earning a monthly income of less than INR 25,000 and those with a monthly income between INR 25,000 and 50,000 are LIG category. Documents like Aadhar card, and PAN card should be submitted online.

  4. Online Registration on the CIDCO portal • For online registration, enter personal, bank details and pay the registration fee on the official CIDCO portal. CIDCO gives monetary help and flats with good connectivity and construction quality.
