Rationale • Through consulting with industry: • Knowledge & skills developed in undergraduates are inadequate to address the requirements of managing telecom. Systems • Many engineers from Telecom companies pursued MBA programs to improve their managerial, personal & analytical skills • MBA do’t provide graduates with up-to-date technical knowledge required for a successful career in managing Telecom companies
Objectives • Prepare Telecom engineers to be successful managers in Telecom business environments • Create Telecom professional who is • Technically up-to-date • Business-minded • Highly in tune with the policy issues associated with the dynamically changing Telecom industry

Teaching and Venue • Program will be held at Prince Faisal Center in Amman • Technical courses will be taught by YU telecom. staff • Management courses will be taught by staff from YU college of economics & GJU business school • Possibility of delivering some courses through video conferencing
