This is the only place in the PALT Tool where the data is linked to the Sequencing Tool (see next slide).

  18. Define County Mapping Activities-Data from the Sequencing Tool On the “KPI 1, KPI 2 & FEMA Funds” tab of the Sequencing Tool, the funding value for a given fiscal year - representing FEMA Funding - is the input to the Total Planned Cost for counties and Special Projects on the County Mapping Activities screen of the PALT Tool (see previous slide). If changes are needed to the Total Planned Costs values that appear on the County Mapping Activities screen of the PALT Tool, the change will need to be made in the Sequencing Tool for the specified FY. Note that changes to the Sequencing data only push through to the PALT Tool once those changes have been approved. Sequencing changes made by a MOD RMC Sequencing Lead must be approved by a FEMA Regional Sequencing Lead. Sequencing changes made by any other Sequencing user are automatically approved.
