  2. 도서관 링크드 데이터 도서관이 생산, 관리하고 있는 데이터를 링크드 데이터 원칙에 맞추어 발행하여 활용성, 재사용성, 상호운용성을 높이는 것.

  3. 간단히 말하면 서지 (Bibliographic) 사람(인명) (Name Authority) 주제명 (Subject Heading) Library Linked Data URI, RDF/XML, RDFS/OWL, SPARQL

  4. 흔히 말하는 문제점 현재 도서관의 데이터는 전통적인 카드목록 시스템에 기반 현재의 도서관 메타데이터 원칙, 기준은 상호운용성 뿐만 아니라 확장성에서 문제가 있음 현재의 메타데이터 표준, 기술형식은 기계처리 측면에서 떨어지고 외부와 소통에 실패 Library Linked Data

  5. 도서관 데이터 도서관 데이터 = 목록(catalog) 목록(catalog) = 거대한 데이터베이스 거대한 데이터베이스 = 레코드의 집합 각 각의 레코드 = 도서관에 있는 하나의 아이템(item) Library Linked Data

  8. MARC • 도서관 표준(MARC, Z39.50)은 단지 도서관 커뮤니티만을 위해 디자인되었음. • 링크드 데이터 기반 도서관 데이터(서지, 저자명, 주제명)의 개방과 자유로운 접근은 “공유, 확장, 손쉬운 재사용성을 가능하게 함. • (W3C Library Linked Data Incubator Group Final Report)

  13. EDM • 디지털화 된 유럽의 문화유산은 도서관, 박물관, 기록관 등에서 서비스되고 있고 서로 다른 메타데이터를 활용함 • 유로피아나에서 이런 데이터들은 상호간에 연결을 필요로 하며, 링크드 데이트의 기술적인 접근이 이를 가능하게 함 • EDM은 유로피아나의 컨텍스트 사이의 차이를 이어주는 역할을 함 • EDM으로 좀 더 풍부한 자원검색 환경과 복잡한 데이터를 활용한 보다 개선된 디스플레이 변환이 가능함 Library Linked Data
