Bid Codes and Rebates 4 Frequently Asked Questions What can Bid Codes be combined with? • Bid Codes can be combined with all other Bid codes for the same product provided the pricing is “on Grid pricing” and all other Ts&Cs of the incentive are followed • Bid Codes can be combined with back end rebates unless restricted by the Ts&Cs of the incentive announcement letter • Bid codes cannot be combined with Special Bid pricing What can Back End Rebates be combined with? • Back End Rebates can be combined with Bid Codes unless restricted by the Ts&Cs of the incentive announcement letter • Back End Rebates can also be combined with other Back End Rebates unless restricted by the Ts&Cs of the incentive announcement letter • Back End Rebates are not dependent on “on Grid pricing” unless restricted by the Ts&Cs of the incentive letter
