Let us send one to college first and when he graduates and finds a job, he should help send the others to college as well. Understanding. Be aware of the situation, motivate each other to cooperate and seek the same path to success. Patience. Success comes to those who do not just wait, but work consistently hard or smart to achieve them. Obedience. Respect for elders. Don't drag the family into trouble. Frugality. This is not just about not spending, but spending money the right way to help one another and to survive. Love of God. All will pour in God's time. Maintain faith on Him regardless of religion and whatever we do, we will do it for His greater glory. Obligation to the family. We should always remember our roots so that we will not get lost in seeking the path we choose. Vitality. Health is wealth. We should take good care of ourselves. Education. Getting an education is one thing, landing a job is another. We need to prepare for both.
