  1. James Monroe Student Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures

Who Should Report to HHMS? • Students from James Monroe Elementary who formerly walked to school or were driven by a parent. • Students who attend the ABC Before and/or after school program. • Students who regularly ride a bus to James Monroe should report to their bus stop at their regular time.

  3. Safety Measures • Designated Entrance (Brower Ave), • Supervision by JM & HHMS Staff • Separate Area for JM students • Separate Restrooms (Nurse’s Office) • Attendance taken before and after school • Parent Contact Information

  8. Traffic Patterns • James Monroe Parents will enter Herbert Hoover Middle School from Brower Avenue. • If you have you are dropping off an HHMS middle school student and a James Monroe Student please enter from Brower Avenue. • Please remain in your vehicle at the drop off point.
