Data – From event to DB Data sent to FSI via email Required data – fighters & results Both fighters' info First/last name Date of birth Gender Official weight Height (optional) City, state, country Sport & rule style Amateur or pro Weight class Winner Method (e.g. Decision, draw, submission, etc) Decisions: Each judge’s total score Non-decisions: Round & time of stoppage Medical suspension

Data – Suspensions • Suspensions are associated with a specific fighter and bout • Entering & managing suspensions • Typically entered into DB by FSI based on event results received from commission • Can be added or modified at any time after a bout has been entered into the DB • Can be changed at any time by either FSI or commission members • Suspension details • Incident date • Types: Medical; disciplinary; substance abuse • Duration: 1 day to indefinite • Notes: e.g. “Suspend for 45 days, no contact for 30 days, due to broken nose”

Pricing • Agreement with ABC • Promoters are supposed to pay $65/event to cover data entry, site maintenance, etc • No fee charged to ABC commission members • If promoters do not pay, access to the DB may be restricted • Commission members may gain access individually per the fee schedule in the ABC-FSI agreement • To date, no fees have been collected by FSI • Can commissions motivate promoters to use and pay for FSI to sustain the service?
