  3. Introduction to Web 1.0: Web 1.0 was created from 1994 to 1997 of the most basic form there, with text only browsers such as ELISA, quite fast, then came the HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) web pages made more pleasing to the eye and the first graphical browsers such as IE, Netscape, etc. Web 1.0 is read only, the user can not interact with the content of the page (no comments, answers, quotes, etc). Being entirely limited to what the Webmaster goes to the website.

  4. Introduction to Web 2.0: Web 2.0 was created in 2003 to the present. The term Web 2.0 (2004-present) is commonly associated with a social phenomenon, based on the interaction that is obtained from various web applications that facilitate information sharing, interoperability, user-centered design or DCU and collaboration on the World Wide Web. Examples of Web 2.0 web communities, web services, Web applications, network services, hosting services videos, wikis, blogs, mashups and folksonomies. A Web 2.0 site allows users to interact with other users or change web site content, in contrast to non-interactive Web sites where users are limited to passive viewing of information provided to them.

  5. Difference between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 The difference between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 is that Web 2.0 is more associated with the use. In addition, users become contributors. Publish the information and make changes to the data. This makes them more involved with the web.

  8. Introduction to Wikipedia: Wikipedia is a project of the Wikimedia Foundation (a nonprofit organization) to build a free, multilingual encyclopedia. More than 16 million Wikipedia articles have been written jointly by volunteers around the world, and virtually all can be edited by anyone who can access Wikipedia. Launched in January 2001 by Jimmy Wales and Larry Sanger, is now the largest and most popular online reference work.

  9. Why we chose? We chose this particular tool because it is one of the most used in the world, shows us the information we seek in several languages, one of these is English. When looking for information on any subject for our learning, it helps us to learn multiple languages. Besides it is well known in the world and everything you want it there at Wikipedia.org.
