  3. 電子郵件 • 電子郵件Email是網際網路提供的一種服務 • 可透過網際網路寄送電子郵件 • 郵件內容可包含文件、圖片、聲音、影像等。

  4. 電子郵件 寄送方式 • 利用電子郵件軟體寄送與收取電子郵件(outlook express 、windows live mail) • 透過瀏覽器至提供電子郵件服務的網站寄送與讀取電子郵件(yahoo 、gmail、hotmail)

  5. 電子郵件 伺服器 • 用來收取郵件或寄送郵件的機器 • 寄信伺服器與收信伺服器可以是同一部機器

  6. 電子郵件 通訊協定 • 電子郵件的收取與寄送遵循電子郵件通訊協定 • 寄信的SMTP協定 • 收信的POP3協定

  7. 電子郵件 地址 • 電子郵件需有地址才可收發郵件 • 電子郵件地址分為(1)使用者名稱(2)電子郵件伺服器名稱，中間以@隔開，為英文字at的意思。 • 使用者名稱@電子郵件伺服器名稱
