2. Rules for Play • In groups of 4, students will play against one another to try to be the first to hit the “Ganas” spot. Winner gets 1 extra credit point on tomorrow’s quiz. • Each group will have 4 game pieces (one per student), one dice, and three sets of index cards: white (simple subject), yellow (complex subject) and green (verb). • The first player will roll the dice. Choose an index card based on the number rolled. • 1-3: white (simple subject) • 4-6: yellow (complex subject) • Once a subject card is chosen, player will pick up a green verb card. • Using the two cards, player must conjugate the verb (green card) based on the given subject (white or yellow card). • If the student in correct (decided by other players), s/he moves up the number of spaces rolled. If the student is incorrect, s/he stays at same spot. • Play continues until one player reaches the “Ganas” spot. • If there is any discrepancy on correct conjugation, I (teacher) will act as final judge. ¡Lo pasan bien!
