  9. 2009 Online Universal Application • Click on “Registration” to complete the registration form • To log in, click on “Log-In”, enter your user name and password, click on “Submit”, then • click on “2009 Universal Application”, and then click on “Submit” • Once the cycle closes, you may view all submitted Applications and Exhibits by clicking on • “Submitted Applications” • NOPSEs, Cures, NOADs and Scoring Summaries for all Applications can also be viewed by • clicking on “Submitted Applications”

  10. 2009 Online Universal Application • click on “Fill Out a New Application” to open a blank Application • Click on “? Instructions” to view the Application Instructions • Click on “Exhibits” to view the Verification and Certification forms. These forms are in • interactive pdf format and can be saved to your computer, completed and printed for • execution by the appropriate party. These forms cannot be submitted to FHFC online.

  11. 2009 Online Universal Application • Enter a “Title” for your Application – it can be just a working title or the name of the Development, • then click on “Submit” • After completing the Application, be sure to click the “Save” button at the end of the Application. • It’s a good practice to click on “Save” periodically while completing the Application.

  12. 2009 Online Universal Application • Once the Application is “Saved,” this screen will give you the ability to: • Make changes to the saved Application by clicking on “Modify”. Remember to click “Save” • after making any changes. • Create another Application with some of the same information by clicking “Copy” and inserting • a new Application “Title”. • Preview the “Saved” Application by clicking “Print Preview”. • Electronically submit the Application to FHFC by clicking “Submit”. Remember to “Submit” and • then “Print” the hard copy.

  13. 2009 Online Universal Application • Once the Application has been electronically “submitted” to FHFC, you can: • Print it by right-clicking “Print” • Preview the “Submitted” Application by clicking “Print Preview” • “Un-submit the Application by clicking “Un-Submit”, which will allow you to retrieve the Application and make • changes. Be sure to “Save” the revised Application before you re-submit it to FHFC. After re-submitting the • the online Application, “Print” a new hard copy. • Create another Application with some of the same information by clicking “Copy” and inserting a new “Title”.
