CHAMP D'APPLICATION • Mise en application suite à la loi n°2004-811 du 13 août 2004 de modernisation de la sécurité civile. • Vise à replacer le citoyen au coeur du dispositif de secours. • Dispensée par les formateurs titulaires de l'unité d'enseignement « Pédagogie appliquée aux emplois/activités de classe 3 (PAE 3).

  3. EQUIVALENCE • Les titulaires de l'AFPS sont considérés, par équivalence, titulaires de l'unité d'enseignement PSC 1 (Arrêté du 24 juillet 07). • Les titulaires du BNMPS et/ou du INS à jour de leur FC 2007 peuvent se voir délivrer, par équivalence, l'unité d'enseignement PAE 3 par leur autorité d'emploi (Arrêté du 24 juillet 07).

  4. UNITE D'ENSEIGNEMENT « CITOYEN DE SECURITE CIVILE » • PSC 1: 10 heures environ. • 30 apprenants maximum par formation. • 10 apprenants maximum par formateur lors des phases d'apprentissage. • Il est fortement recommandé de suivre une formation continue.
