  2. Black Bamboo The Black Bamboo is local cuisine of my hometown, and it is Taiwan's oldest chicken claw jelly . It is one of my favorite food since I was little .

  3. Recommended Menu 1. Chicken claw jelly 2. Chicken wings jelly 3. Chicken gizzards 4. Duck tongue 5. Duck wings

  4. Introduction Chicken claw jelly : This is the store's most famous food . The biggest feature of it is its surface like jelly . It eats like chewy jelly but it’s salty.

  5. Chicken wings jelly : The biggest difference between chicken wings and chicken feet is content of glial . But chicken wings meat is more than chicken claw. If you care about the satiety , you can choose the chicken wings jelly .

  6. Chicken’s gizzards : Gizzard is one part of chicken’s offal , its texture is firm . After long hours of cooking, the bad smell of chicken gizzards disappeared .

  7. Duck tongue : Many people doesn’t dare to eat this food,because of its appearance . Actually it is really nice food to eat with beer .

  8. Duck wings : It is bigger than chicken wings, and its taste is more strong . But its surface is not like jelly.
