  15. Highlights from Syllabus • Grade Components • Exams 60% • Two midterms and one final – 20% each • Solo Rehearsal Simulation Results 5% • Simulation Performance 15% • Simulation Shareholders’ Report and Meeting 10% • Quizzes 5% • Case Presentation 5%

Highlights from Syllabus • Simulation Performance and Shareholders’ Report and Meeting are adjusted by peer evaluations • Grades * Multiplier • Multiplier = Individual’s averaged evaluation/ average peer evaluation across group • If you fail to complete the peer evaluation by 8 a.m. on 4/25, your peer evals will be adjusted downwards 25%.

Highlights from Syllabus • Course Policies • Failure to correctly complete the scantron, will result in letter grade deduction on test. • Final Grades • 90%, 80%, 70%, 60% Scale • Rounding only if:1) student’s individual grade is higher than group grade; and, 2) student’s attendance was exceptional. • Professor reserves right to alter schedule • Grades may be contested only within 5 days of posting.
