E N D
EAC Quarterly MeetingJune 19, 2012 • The meeting will come to order • Secretary, please read the minutes of our last meeting, thank you, minutes have been approved as read.
Team 1Communications • We have a EAC phone line for our co-workers to communicate their ideas and concerns. • We placed EAC signs, drop boxes and opportunity/innovation forms at all Aviation locations (Administration, Airfield Maintenance, Dallas Executive, Facilities and Operations) • The website will be up and running July 2012.
Team 2Uniforms • We completed the Uniform Policy, it was approved by Mark Duebner, Director. • We presented the Uniform Policy at the Director’s staff meeting. • Copies of the Uniform Policy was distributed to all managers and supervisors.
Team 3Customer Service • We walked from the parking garage to Terminal 2 to view the signage as a passenger. • We made suggestions to Karen Kavanagh, Project Coordinator for LFMP. • New and additional signage will be placed as soon as we get them from the printers.
Transportation • We’re still environmentally friendly as we move about the airport and greet our passengers.
