  3. 準研究生借書 • 申請時間：7/1-8/15 • 證件：錄取通知單及申請表(需由指導教授及所長簽名) • 證件可用期限：9/30

  4. 借閱資料 • 借閱冊數20冊 • 借期30天 • 續借 • 未到期之前，未有人預約可辦一次。 • 借期以辦理續借日起算一個月。 • 借閱資料種類：中西文圖書。 • 視聽資料限視聽中心內欣賞。

  5. 罰則 • 寬限期 • 兩天 • 逾期罰則：一天五元 • 遺失： • 賠書：同一版本或圖書館同意版本 • 賠款：該書訂價四倍 • 詳細賠書原則請參考圖書館管理辦法7.4條借閱逾期及遺失損毀賠償規定
