Main Request: Salad Bar Action: Pilot for the month of January If you are currently using the cafeteria services, please explain why you do so? Feedback:convenience, it tastes good, helpful and friendly cafeteria staff, menu is more diverse than in the past Action: Geri to feedback positive responses to his staff

  3. If you do not use the cafeteria services, please explain why? Feedback: Allergies, no variety, my child doesn't like the food Action: Geri and his staff will continue to monitor student preferences and develop the menu accordingly Please share additional comments you have about our food services? Feedback:Conflictingdiverse, tasty, option of seconds, it’s healthy versus limited, not good tasting, should not allow seconds, it’s not healthy Action: Geri and his staff will continue to monitor student preferences and develop the menu accordingly

Healthy Eating Committee Next Steps: • Trial a salad bar option for the month of January • Continue to monitor student preferences and modify the menu accordingly • Continue to look into the payment system • Consider the possibility of moving to a lunch service only • Look at ways to continue to educate the AISB community • what is currently in place and where to find it • healthy eating- what does it look like? How do we support it at home and at school?
