  6. General Responsibilities • Each LEA/ISD must designate a District Coordinator • Person might also be the MEAP Coordinator • Responsible for coordinating ALL aspects of MI-Access • Primary contact for MDE and BETA/TASA • Appropriate assessment practices and ethical standards

  13. BEFORE • Review materials in Coordinator Packet • READ the MI-Access Coordinator and Assessment Administrator Manual • View MI-Access Teleconference • January 19 • Inventory assessment materials received from BETA/TASA • Order additional materials, if needed

  14. BEFORE • Make sure School MI-Access Coordinators and assessment administrators are trained EVERY year. • How to administer • How to complete scan documents • Distribute assessment materials • Ensure assessment materials are secure

  15. DURING • Must be accessible for questions • Monitor assessments • Order materials, if needed • Keep materials secure

  16. AFTER • Make sure all assessment materials are returned • Check materials for accuracy • Prepare assessment materials for shipping • Return of Materials Packet • Package used and unused assessment materials • Ship materials • MUST be shipped by due date
