  39. Functionality Created: April 1 to June 25, 2011 • Developed workflows for request of holding the qualifying viva for M. Sc. and Ph. D. students and it is in testing phase. The workflow includes student request submission, Guide approval and nomination of examiners, Professor approval and nomination of examiners, Head approval and nomination of examiners, disapprove reason at all levels(Guide, Professor, Head and Dean). Generation of letter to be sent to final examiner. • Developed workflows for thesis submission request and it is in testing phase. This is a tremendous work as it has to be implemented across all functionalities.
