  2. Aids to help your memory • 1 computer. 2 mobile phone. 3 writing on your hand. • 4 diary. 5 personal organiser. 6 calendar. 7 alarm clock. • 8 notebook. And finally lists.

  3. Good exercise to help you remember Rice . Sausages. Wine. Peas. Cheese. Eggs. Chicken. Binbags. Tin foil. Washing powder.

  4. Place items in a kitchen Using the four corners and the floor do the following 1 place the rice in corner 1 with sausages on top 2 in corner 2 leave the wine with peas on top. 3 put the cheese in corner 3 with eggs sticking out of it. 4 watch the chicken jumping into the binbag on the wall at corner 4 5 layout tinfoil on the kitchen floor and scatter soap powder on top.

  5. Working out the problem Look round the room and picture corner 1 you will find rice and sausages. Go to corner 2 and see the wine and peas. Move on to corner 3 and you will see the cheese and eggs. Move on to corner 4 and see the chicken and binbags.finally on the floor you will see the tin foil with soap powder on top.

  6. Did it work for you. If you break the shopping items down like this it makes it easier to remember.you can even do it in reverse.

Ie active working memory used for Limited capacity ie numbers, words and images. 3 long term memory. Ie. Memories that we have accumulated over our lifetime.

An old couple who had been married for 50 years decided to take a second honeymoon they went to a nice hotel and at bedtime the husband noticed his wife taking a pill he asked what it was for she said its to keep me feeling young the husband swallowed the rest of her pills. in the morning the wife noticed her husband missing she looked for him everwhere until finally she found him sitting on the kerb outside the hotel She asked him what he was doing and he replied im waiting for the school bus.

  11. Stop worrying about your memory and start using it We used to believe that memories were made in our hearts then we discovered the brilliant brain and I don't know about you but my memory is now in my mobile phone.
