Safety 2010 Highlights and Goals Posted OSHA 300A Log (Feb. 1st to April 30th) Improvements to Safety Program (Highlights) All cranes must have a third inspection done on-site prior to use 100% Tie-Off in scissor lifts with 3-4’ lanyards 100% Safety vests required on all jobsites Monthly Safety Focused Inspections March ’10 – Aerial and Scissor Lift Safety (Due March 19th) April ’10 – Scaffolds and Swing Stages Review Your Crisis Management Plan and Schedule a Drill (2 Required per Year) Upcoming: Safety and Superintendent Forum Achievements: (Without a Lost Time Incident) UTD Founders: 105,000 Hours Annette Strauss: 30,000 Hours Deloitte: 50,000 Hours WRMC: 180,000 Hours IACC: 15,000 Hours DRT: 50,000 Hours TCCD: 185,000 Hours 2010 Goals EMR: 0.57 Recordable Incident Rate: 0.61 Lost Time Incident Rate: 0.00 CCIP Recordable Incident Rate: 3.87 CCIP Lost Time Incident Rate: 0.43

Texas BU DBO2 Inspections: 171 Safe Observations: 13,029 Unsafe Observations: 371 Fall Protection Ladders Electrical Analysis: Ladder usage has increased on our projects with many jobs entering the interior finish out phase. Key to Success: Inspection and Training Fall Protection has always been a main focus on Turner jobsites. Keys to Success: Help to mitigate hazards and BE PROACTIVE. Plan the work and work the plan. Inspections Unsafe Observations Severity Incidents

  4. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Project Scorecard The overall average for the month of February was at 96% Projects of the Month FWISD #7- Score of 98. Plano Environmental - Score of 99.
