LEC Metrics • Background • Currently 139 metrics across 25 areas • Agreed/developed by Capital Ambition’s Efficiency Board/Efficiency Sub Group • Mostly cost, satisfaction and productivity indicators • Definitions developed for each indicator • Manual data collection – single contact who distributes around borough • Data covers 2008/09 • 18 boroughs have provided information

  2. LEC Metrics • Outputs • Challenge team & borough receive: • Full data set – anonymised • Borough data by individual metric RAG to the median (top quartile green, • bottom quartile red) • Top 5 and bottom 5 areas identified
