  1. Visit Rajasthan to know religious values of Eklingji Temple Eklingji Temple is an architectural marvel devoted to Hindu deity Lord Shiva and is the spiritual capital of Mewar. The fortified walls of the Eklingji comprise one hundred and eight temples with amazing architecture and carvings that is overwhelming. The temple is located a few kilometers away from the city of Lakes "Udaipur" which is one of the most preferred tourist destinations of Rajasthan across the globe. The other temples in the comprises of the Eklingji town are Saas-Bahu marble temple reflecting art of bygone era, Adbhudji Jain Temple built using black marbles, Pataleshwar Mahadeo, Arbada Mata, Rathasan Devi and Vindhyavasini Devi temple. Tourists across the globe come to experience the peace and view of Shivlinga adorned with a silver snake and the height of the image is around 50 feet. The two storied temple with beautiful carved pillars comprises the main entrance hall which is adorned by a silver idol of Nandi and other two Nandi inside the complex which are made of black stone and brass. The shrine is the four faced idol in the four forms of Shiva where the east, west, north and south parts are recognized as Lord Surya, Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva respectively. The combination of all these four forms symbolizes the truth of "Yantra". The other deities worshipped in the complex are Yamuna, Saraswathi, Ganga and the whole family of Lord Shiva including the Goddess Parvati, Ganesha, and Kartikeya. There are two heavy silver doors with the images of Lord Ganesha and Lord Kartikey the sons of Lord Shiva. The temple complex comprises two water tanks Karz Kund and Tulsi Kund which are utilized for the temple services. There are many fairs and festivals celebrated with full enthusiasm, zeal and enjoyment.
