Operating Policies & Procedures 36.01 Facilities Management Departmental Services This plan outlines the services provided by the Facilities Management department. 36.02 Control and Issuance of Keys This policy outlines the increased security of university facilities, establish guidelines for key use, and provide for the central administration, control, and issue of all university keys. 36.03 Fleet Management This policy addresses the components that are specified in House Bill 3125 and detailed recommendations for the administration and operation of the Fleet Program. Request for Proposal (RFP)An RFP is used for services or complex products where quality, service or the engineered final product will be different from each vendor that is responding. Request for Quotation (RFQ)An RFQ is used for commodities, simple services or straightforward/uncomplicated parts with little or no room for product or service differentiation between responding vendors.
