Xstrata’s disease management programme in 2011 was responsible for a 75% decrease in the mortality rate for patients diagnosed with HIV & AIDS. • Personal Message: I love working with people and am passionately dedicated to making a positive change in people’s lives. I am touched by the people that I work with and learn from them every day. • I hope through my interaction on the Board that I can change the hard business world into a more humanitarian environment as people are the most valued asset in any company.
