Cybercrime Investigation Cybercrime investigation involves the application of computer forensics examination and analysis techniques, in order to properly preserve electronic and digital evidence, so that it may be presented in a court of law. Both the Associate’s Degree and the Certificate in Cybercrime Investigation combine criminal justice, forensic science and computer courses, and are designed for students who plan to pursue entry level careers in the field of computer forensics.
