Revision 2 Goals • Reduce amount of material used • Quick assembly/disassembly for easy board access
Revision 2 - Challenges • Difficult to assemble • All screws required a nut • Bracket system was inefficient
Revision 3 - Goals • Make all screws mount externally • Simplify the brackets • Make the structure Pumpkin OBC compatible
Future Plans • FEM Analysis • Thermal and vibration testing • Make necessary revisions based on lab and Balloon flight testing.
