Main issues from SGM in Greece • Budget changes implemented: change in National coordinator Greece, percentage in change 4% remaining 6 % for the rest • Presentation of the current budgets of the partnership. Balance ahead. • Reimbursement of partnership from 1st Certification, dates entered. • Minutes agreed.

  4. 1st Reimbursement • Full amount: 142.103,97 € /108.137,08 € • Date of reception: 10th April 2012 • Date received in partnersaccounts: 11th May up to 7th June 2012 (around 30 up to 54 days)

  5. Questionsfor 2nd Reimbursement • Please, revise the FLC Reportsbeforesendingtous, checkwiththemthesections • Questionsposedtopartners…... • mandatory comment on double funding • if you do not recover VAT the answer to question “Has refundable VAT been deducted” should be N/A • amount point 2 missing • Use comment spaces!!!

  6. 1st Certificateamounts • C1: 221.496 € • To catch up: 78.504,29 € 64,5% IMPLEM

  7. 2nd Certificateamounts • C2: 1115941 € • To catch up: 727.022,06 € 30,3% IMPLEM

  8. Previous reporting period 2nd PR • Reporting sent to JTS with delays. Date of final delivery: 19th July deadline 30th April • Date foreseen for the reimbursement to be confirmed by the JTS and Paying Authority. Forecast: November 2012 If there is any change in your bank details, please send to us the data in the format we will provide you!

Present reporting period (I) • Incidences in expenditures: Lead Partner principle, expenses not incurred in MED areas, Description section of expenditures, Not compliance with the dates of the period. • Incidences in reporting: Lack of information, sending of materials. • General tips: Inform about any changes and obstacles to Lead partner beforehand to search for a solution or arrangement in terms of documentation/administrative procedures.

  10. Present reporting period (II) • Present situation of Progress Report: • In terms of budget: Partners already certified and providing the certification are 8 out of 18 / Partners in the process are 10 out of 18 / Partners who have no certified for the period are 0!!! • In terms of activity reporting: The PR is being done and more detail is needed from those who have not validate them. Again, erase that of Lead partner, please!

  11. 3rd Certificateamounts • C3: 987.814 € At present: 345,514.90 €+ 105.050,70 € + TOTAL – 839.484,54 • To catch up: 148.329,46 € 84,98% IMPLEM

  13. Outputs WP1 • 4 out of 7 Steering Group Meetings – Ok • 2/3 out of 6 Progress Reports – Ok • 0 out of 2 Evaluations – Next period intermediate evaluation – April 2013/ final evaluation by 2014.

  14. Issues of concern • Delays: Late declaration – late reimbursement Next Progress Report needs to be ready by partners for end of August 2012. All documents should be ready for the date as Lead partner will have to submit the full report. • The risk of decommitment: by 30th June 40,44 % of REFER used! Missing 59,56% - C2 • The need to adjust budgets and timeframe (maybe another budget change to be planned ahead?) • The need to report the dissemination actions and the daily flow of the project activities

  15. Next SGM definition • Proposal for France or Italy / Dates: EarlyMarch 2013 • Main issues to be dealt with outputs for the period, 4th RP (1st September 2012 to 28th February 2013 – deadline 31st April)
