Documentstopresent Before arrival: Fill out forms and mail to the main University ERASMUS office: • Application form • Accommodation form • Learning Agreement Forms can be downloaded at: http://torvergata.socratesmanager.it On arrival: visit the Faculty ERASMUS Office in Via Columbia, 2, building A, ground floor. Students must also register at the Main University ERASMUS Office Window.

Thingsto do on arrival • Welcome meeting at the Faculty of Economics with the Erasmus Coordinator and Didactic Coordinator. • Assignment of a tutor in order to facilitate adjustment and integration into university and city life. • Meet professors of selected courses to become familiar with class program and exam method. • Tour of the Faculty

  12. NecessaryDocuments Health Insurance form E111 (or form E128 where still used), or corresponding European Health Certificate or valid equivalent private international insurance. Documents to prepare on arrival All European Union Citizens, who are in Italy for more than 90 days, must register and obtain a residence card from the Questura (central police station). The following documents are required in order to apply for a permit: • Photocopy of passport or valid identity card • University enrollment certificate and certificate declaring length of stay or course duration • Proof of National Health coverage or possession of an insurance policy which covers illness, accident or pregnancy insurance. • Sufficient financial security • 4 passport photos For public transportation in Rome, University students can get a special bus pass at the reduced price of 18 Euro monthly.
