T-I) Est. cost:AA/ES dated 10.3.2001 for Rs. 1282.32 Lakhs. Status:Completed in Dec. 2004 Salient points: • Located at two packets of land in Civil Lines area, where old bungalows of British period are existing, new development has been well integrated in the layout of this GPRA development with provision of suitably planned open areas. • The building is a RCC framed structure having Ground plus three upper floors. • External finish of washed grit mosaic has been provided. • Centrally located Garden cum children park has been provided.

The structure is proposed for 4 storied construction (G + 3) with Ground Floor earmarked for parking purpose. There are two independent wings accommodating General Pool offices with one connecting link which provides for common facilities like canteen and auditorium. The external finish is proposed with texture paint and ultra tiles / Dholapur stone in some parts.

Cost: 148.54 Lakh (As per P/E) AA & ES: 31.3.03 Date of Start : April, 2004 Status: The building is in advance stage of construction and expected to be completed by January 2006. Salient features: The building is proposed as double storied structure with a total built up area of 1142 sqm. The ground floor of the building provides for out patient department of the hospital with Doctors , consultation rooms , dispensary on the front wing. The rear side provides for in patient department with 10 bed ward each for ladies and gents with kitchen facility. On the upper floor there is accommodation for the office of Regional Research Institute (Ayurveda), Conference Room and Research Laboratories. The plot area provided for the hospital is 7800 sqm. The building consumes an FSI 0.15 with sufficient space for future extension, parking etc. There is a provision for Botanical Garden / Herbal Garden for cultivation of Medicinal Plants.
