Flu Vaccinations & TB Testing BWH Occupational Health will administer flu vaccine in the Tower 2 mezzanine lobby from Sept. 21 to 28, daily from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff should bring their ID badge and wear loose clothing. The distributed campus flu vaccine clinic schedule is available online. In addition, there is a national shortage of TB solution, for the second time this year. No annual TB testing will be performed until an adequate supply of test solution is available. Occupational Health Services anticipates that this shortage could last for a few months. Healthstream Assignments – Due Sept. 30 Make sure you have completed all courses listed under Assigned Learning before Sept. 30. Check for your assignments under Partners Applications > Utilities > HealthStream. Find out more through the BWH HealthStream FAQ.
Update your address in PeopleSoft Open enrollment for your 2014 benefits will take place Nov. 4 - 26, 2013. Open enrollment is the one time of year when all employees can make changes to their benefits. You will receive a packet with open enrollment instructions in the mail during the last week of October. This packet will be sent to the address you have listed in PeopleSoft as of Oct. 4, so it is important that your home and mailing addresses be up-to-date. Check by going to PeopleSoft HR Employee Self Service at: https://ibridge.partners.org Log on using the same ID and password you use to sign on to your computer. The CFDD Demystifying Promotions Seminar Series is designed for faculty to gain knowledge about the academic promotions process at Harvard Medical School. This seminar is geared towards the Assistant Professor academic rank and the criteria to successfully navigate the promotions process. Descriptions of all Areas of Excellence criteria for HMS promotion will also be presented. .
