  1. Note: The program used in this assignment will not run on the lab computers. You will need to install the program on a program where you have install rights (you must install AND run as the administrator of the computer). See note below for Vista machines. May not run on Mac, but you can try. Internet Explorer… copy the following link into the URL window of internet explorer: ftp://www.ctre.iastate.edu/Reg/TCW Install log-in as intransftp password: ftpintrans (case sensitive) hit F5 if “The page cannot be displayed” appears. Click “Page” (or “View” on older IE versions), and then click “Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.” You will be prompted to login again. Once you have opened this window, drag all the files to your local disk and then run the setup.exe program. See the rest of this ppt file for example images of what you should do in IE (note that the login name has changed from ctreftp to intransftp). If you are using Firefox, or for some reason if you cannot find the menu options listed above, use the link above and right click and save-as on each of the files you see in the window.  Put them all into the same folder on your C drive, then run the setup.exe program from that folder (after you have downloaded all the files). Note for Vista users: Right-click on Setup.exe and select "Run As Administrator".... After installing, right-click the icon on your desktop and select "Run As Administrator"....
