  2. Student Success has an individual component and an institutional component Individual component linked to goal attainment. Yet, identifying the goal can be a challenge.  The key is helping students develop a dynamic, personalized plan and providing opportunities for them to connect with the college and college personnel. We educate, inspire, challenge and support a diverse community of learners to achieve academic, professional and personal excellence.
