MRP: Specific response and recovery capabilities that are organized, developed, trained, and exercised prior to an emergency or disaster. EMAC • An MRP Can Be: • Commodities • People • Equipment • People and Equipment • All of the above • Debris Removal Team, Type IV, MRP • 1-Supervisor • 10 or 7 Equipment Operators • 1-Fuel Truck • 3-Flat Bed Trucks • 3-Front End Loaders • 3-Over The Road Dump Trucks Unbridled Pursuit of Excellence

Capabilities “A Team of Teams – With One Mission: Protecting our Commonwealth” • Identify Capabilities (People, Things, Equipment) • “Package And Group” Your Organizations Capabilities • Could Possibly Offer within 24-48 Hour notice • 3. Identify Limitations And Required Support • Start Prep Work (Use Excel, EMAC MRP Template, Word, Etc) • Include: Equipment, Positions, Estimated Cost of Deployment, • Required Support, Time to Readiness, Etc.
