  2. EX 28:1“And you, bring near to you your brother Aaron and his sons with him from among the Israelites, so that they may minister as my priests – Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron’s sons. 28:2 You must make holy garments for your brother Aaron, for glory and for beauty.28:3 You are to speak to all who are specially skilled, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom,so that they may make Aaron’s garments to set him apart to minister as my priest. 28:4 Now these are the garments that they are to make: a breast piece,an ephod,a robe, a fitted tunic, a turban, and a sash. They are to make holy garments for your brother Aaron and for his sons, that they may minister as my priests. 28:5 The artisans are to use the gold, blue, purple, scarlet, and fine linen.

  3. The High Priest Garments! There are 8 pieces Turban Crown Ephod Breastplate Belt Robe Tunic Pants

  4. Thus we are taught (ibid.): • The turban, worn on the head, atones for haughtiness. • The High Priest's crown atones for arrogance. • The ephod atones for idolatry. • The breastplate atones for errors in judgment. • The belt, wound about the body and worn over the heart, atones for "sins of the heart" - improper thoughts. • The robe atones for evil speech. • The tunic, which covers most of the priest's body, atones for killing. • The pants atone for sexual transgressions.

  5. REGULAR PRIEST HIGH PRIEST FRONT BACK

  6. Regular Priest Garments There are 4 parts 1. Turban 2. Tunic 3. Belt 4. Pants

  7. The White Garment for the Day of Atonement The Linen Fabric was 6 ply and could only be worn once. There was one tunic for the morning and one for the evening on the day of Atonement!

  8. The Turban and Crown Blue For HEAVENLY Origin Atone for haughtiness. Holy to the L-RD

  9. Understanding how the crown changes your thinking! The Crown was not placed upon his head as a King in royalty, but rather across his forehead This indicates that his thoughts are to be ruled by a King Romans12:1 Therefore I exhort you, brothers and sisters,by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a sacrifice – alive, holy, and pleasing to God – which is your reasonable service. 12:2 Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God – what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.

  10. Romans 12:2 Amp Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].

  11. Before we can come into the full knowledge of who we are our thinking must be changed. For the most part we have come into the Kingdom and fought against the standard so that our old ways would not have to be changed. It is important that we strip naked in our hearts and minds then ask the Lord to clothe us with the clothing of the priesthood! Ex 29:4 “You are to present Aaron and his sons at the entrance of the tent of meeting. You are to wash them with water 29:5 and take the garments and clothe Aaron with the tunic, the robe of the ephod, the ephod, and the breast piece; you are to fasten the ephod on him by using the skillfully woven waistband.29:6 You are to put the turban on his head and put the holy diadem on the turban. 29:7 You are to take the anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him. 29:8 You are to present his sons and clothe them with tunics 29:9 and wrap the sashes around Aaron and his sons and put headbands on them, and so the ministry of priesthood will belong to them by a perpetual ordinance. Thus you are to consecrate Aaron and his sons.

  12. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any double-edged sword, piercing even to the point of dividing soul from spirit, and joints from marrow; it is able to judge the desires and thoughts of the heart. 4:13 And no creature is hidden from God,but everything is naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must render an account.

  13. 2 Corinthian 5:17 Amp Therefore if any person is engrafted in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation ( a new creature altogether); the old [ previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold the fresh and new has come!

  14. We have hindered our faith by allowing for wrong thinking. As much as faith is a process of our hearts it is also a very important part of our thinking. As a man thinketh in his heart so is he! This also is a place for you to protect and not to allow the culture to come in and over take the way you think. There is a fight for your mind in this society and that is where the real battles are taking place. The problem as I see it is a GREAT many Christians are losing this battle because they don’t think it is a battle. This is the way the enemy has to invade our lives so that we aren’t aware of the invasion.

  15. This is the way the enemy has to invade our lives so that we aren’t aware of the invasion. The real truth is our level of reading and study of God’s word isn’t at the level that we can look at television. But most Believers will instantly rebuke me within their minds for even suggesting they shouldn’t look at television. Which proves my point, you are losing the battle and are under the end times influence of the society and demonic plan. Can you look at television ? Yes! But we should control what and when we watch!

  16. Romans 12:1 Therefore I exhort you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a sacrifice – alive, holy, and pleasing to God – which is your reasonable service. 12:2 Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God – what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.

  17. This Turban and Crown must be in the front of your mind in everything you do! Remember it is the atonement for haughtiness so remove your high mindedness. Stop thinking of yourself more highly than you should! Remember, you are not that perfect and there are people who know more than you even in your field. When you encounter them embrace that fact and humble yourself in order to learn what they know so that you can increase.

  18. This crown does not read “Holy to MAN” but “HOLY TO THE L-RD! This indicates that we are to only think and do what our G-d has instructed us to do! Go where HE has instructed us to go! Say what HE has instructed us to say! And the list goes on and on! Is this crown on your head?

  19. The Crown declare His Lordship! Before salvation Christ should be seen as Savior and Lord! Man must have a savior before he can have a Lord! After salvation Christ should be seen as Lord and Savior! Man must live under the Lordship of Christ Jesus their savior!

  20. Can you celebrate people who you had nothing to do with, who do what you do? Can you enjoy the fact that God has entrusted others with talents above or beyond our entrustment? Do look for the things that are wrong first before celebrating what is right? Then Father can’t use you to change the wrong because you will misrepresent Him in your attitude and methods.

  21. This way of thinking forgets who gave the talent, and acts as if the person gave themselves their abilities. Even if they are not using them (talent) for the L-rd HE gave them for HIS purposes. But there are many other areas where we fail G-d in our thinking! We are told what to think about but it seems to limited Philippians4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters,6 whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things. 4:9 And what you learned and received and heard and saw in me, do these things. And the God of peace will be with you. Paul tells them to follow his example. We must be able to say the same!

  22. Psalms 15:1 A Psalm of David. LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? Psa 15:2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. Psa 15:3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. Psa 15:4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. Psa 15:5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.

  23. This crown is the Turban and Crown is the first thing the helps the believer to understand and operate in our full salvation. But if we keep our old way of thinking then why did we accept Christ in our lives? There is no room for you and JESUS on the throne of life! In order to walk in our full salvation we must get out of the way! The priest knew that everything he did was designed to minister to the L-rd and for the people. The priest benefited from the fact he kept his responsibility unto the L-rd! This generation need a priestly nations and we are it! Amen!!!

  24. Breast Plate Ephod Judgment Idolatry

  25. Ephod Exod 28:6-14 "and they shall make the ephod of gold blue purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen, artistically worked. It shall have two shoulder straps joined at its two edges, and so it shall be joined together. And the intricately woven band of the ephod, which is on it, shall be of the same workmanship, made of gold blue purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen. Then you shall take two onyx stones and engrave on them the names of the sons of Israel: six of their names on one stone, and six names on the other stone, in order of their birth. With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engravings of a signet, you shall engrave the two stones with the names of the sons of Israel. You shall set them in settings of gold. And you shall put the two stones on the shoulders of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel. So Aaron shall bear their names before the LORD on his two shoulders as a memorial. You shall also make settings of gold, and you shall make two chains of pure gold like braided cords, and fasten the braided chains to the settings."

  26. Ephod The ephod as a whole, with its different colors and materials, typifies Christ in His high priestly ministry. Christ, the High Priest bears His people upon His shoulders, the place of strength and seat of power. The shoulders also speak of carrying a burden, Christ, the High Priest carries the whole burden alone.

  33. The BREASTPLATE Exod 28:15-29 "You shall make the breastplate of judgment. Artistically woven according to the workmanship of the ephod you shall make it: of gold blue purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen, you shall make it. It shall be doubled into a square: a span shall be its length, and a span shall be its width. And you shall put settings of stones in it, four rows of stones: The first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and an emerald; this shall be the first row; the second row shall be a turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond; the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst; and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They shall be set in gold settings. And the stones shall have the names of the sons of Israel, twelve according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, each one with its own name; they shall be according to the twelve tribes. You shall make chains for the breastplate at the end, like braided cords of pure gold.

  34. The Breast Plate would light up as the glory of God reflected off of the stones. It is believed that the stones would give off a bright light when God was pleased and a dim light if He wasn’t pleased. The stones would light in such a way that it would spell out the message God want the nation to know. This was done by the Priest holding the Umim and Thummin in his hands before the presence of God. The Light and Perfection The same will take place with our lives as we walk in the Light of God with a Perfect heart towards Him! The ANSWERS we need will be available to us from our God!
